• 265 Uplands Drive, Hillsborough (listed at $2,955,000)
• 253 Virginia Avenue, San Mateo's Baywood (listed at $2,195,000)
• 33 Hilltop, San Mateo Park, (listed at $1,849,000)

Uplands and Virginia were on the market for less than 30 days, while Hilltop was on and off the market since last fall originally priced at $2,195,000. Virginia was marked "pending contingent upon the sale of buyer's home" in the MLS, while Uplands and Hilltop were marked "pending with contingencies"

Despite our economic climate, the prime neighborhoods should continue to see increased spring activity from well-qualifed buyers who sat on the sidelines last Fall, and may now be gearing towards the start of school just a few months away.
