- 45 Glenbrook Drive, Hillsborough. Offered at $3,950,000. 5 beds/4.5 baths new construction. 5,640 sq. ft. This one tok some time on the market, but the market heated up perfectly for its sale this spring. Marked Pending today.

And last week, we saw 149 Occidental Avenue in Burlingame Park close at its list price of $2,695,000, with just 10 days on the market. This was a 4 years old home, 5 beds/4.5 baths of 3,170 sq. ft.
