Fast sales and strong sales have been the order of the day in the upper-end, superb locations this spring. Particularly the high end of Burlingame, which demonstrated strong demand on limited supply. Today alone, we saw the following properties marked pending:

• 1261 Vancouver Avenue, Burlingame Offered at $2,600,000. 5 beds, 4.5 baths, 3,271 sq. ft. 4 years old home in the Easton Addition. Marked Pending today with just 5 days on the market.
• 175 Eucalyptus Avenue, Hillsborough, Offered at $3,990,000 5 beds, 4 baths 4,420 sq. ft. Marked Pending Today upon its new listing.
• 45 Glenbrook Drive, Hillsborough. Offered at $3,950,000. 5 beds/4.5 baths new construction. 5,640 sq. ft. This one tok some time on the market, but the market heated up perfectly for its sale this spring. Marked Pending today.
• 1504 Alturas Drive, Burlingame Hills. Offered at $2,350,000. 4 beds, 3.5 baths 3,703 sq. ft. new construction. Marked pending yesterday with only 11 days on the market.

And last week, we saw 149 Occidental Avenue in Burlingame Park close at its list price of $2,695,000, with just 10 days on the market. This was a 4 years old home, 5 beds/4.5 baths of 3,170 sq. ft.
