The list is diverse, including some fresh new listings that were snapped up very quickly such as my 638 Woodstock (list $3,290,000...pictured) and just today, the listing at 205 Eucalyptus (list $2,790,000) going into contract. 205 Eucalyptus in the Mid North/Homeplace location is an intriguing property on approx. 1.4 acres with tennis court, and a wonderful orientation for possible expansion/new construction. 751 Endfield, a fixer upper or new construction project, dramatically dropped its price down to $1,195,000 and sold quickly thereafter. Other listings, such as 690 Fairway, 5 Downey (new construction), and 546 Ravenscourt reflect the prescient motivation of buyers getting into Lower Hillsborough before the market experiences typical spring acceleration February-April.
