Just a quick pointer on using this Web Site....in case you haven't discovered the "Solds (with Photos)" page:

The "Solds (with Photos) page is accessed from the "MLS Listings" button at the middle bar of every page. (click on an MLS city, then go to the right side bar for either Burlingame or Hillsborough Solds (w/ Photos). The Solds w/ Photos pages offer similar information to the "Sales Prices" button, but in a more detailed interface showing a photo of the home, its sales price, and complete characteristics of the home per MLS. Think of the Solds w/ Photos page as a handy archive with quick recall of past sales via photos. So if you are a religious open house cruiser, you will recognize instantly the sold photos of homes you previously toured. For a quicker glance at recent sales prices organized by month, the "Sales Prices" button at the middle bar of every page will be your best bet.
