Despite a slower January/February, the 2006 spring market is now opening up impressively with consistent multiple offers, overbids, and low days on market at all price points.
The high-end Hillsborough market is the talk of the town, with multiple offers received last week for two properties over $4,000,000, both with just 2 weeks on the market: 108 Stonehedge Road (photo below), offered at $4,150,000, a nostalgic 1910 country English on approx. .77 acre with an approx. 5140 sq. ft. floorplan in need of renovation, now pending sale. 1980 Parkside Avenue, offered at $7,395,000, a majestic 19 year old Tudor on approx. .70 acre, also now pending sale with just 14 days on the market.
