A friendly reminder that I have built into this Web site a handy "at a glance" engine of Sales Prices found at the button above, but I've also taken it a step further and displayed the sold listings with their photos and even some virtual tours (where still available) so you can recall the homes and assess their condition and characteristics quickly online...without getting cross-eyed staring at yet another table! I currently have this feature available for Burlingame and Hillsborough and will be adding other areas soon.

Here's how to access: Simply click "MLS Listings" on the center bar above and then click "Burlingame" or "Hillsborough" from the menu. You will arrive at the current active listings page. Then on the right side menu you will see "Burlingame (Solds with Photos) and Hillsborough (Solds with Photos). Clicking here will send you to over a year's worth of closed sales with their listing information and photos.
