The sprawling Tudor estate is 76 years old on approx. 1.4 acres with pool and tennis court. The unforgettable 2-story grand staircase will always enthrall visitors. The home previously sold for $4,150,000 in November 1998 when it was listed for $4,500,000.

Two Hillsborough homes priced above $3,500,000 have also gone into escrow this week. 801 Lombardi Lane (cross street Hayne) was listed on August 11 for $3,695,000. This home features approx. 4340 sq. ft. on approx. .53 acre. It is due to close escrow in mid October. 10 Conifer Lane (cross street Barroilhet) has also quickly gone pending with just 5 days on the market. This 7 year old Tuscan Villa of approx. 3650 sq. ft. was listed for $4,500,000 on September 8, and due to close in early October.
